Shipping

We can ship all year round, orders will be processed within two-four working days and shipped between Monday to Friday. Orders usually will arrive anywhere between 4 to 7 working days to most locations. Western Australia can take up to 10-14 working days. We ask for a little patience around Easter time as we get extremely busy helping the Easter Bunny.

For urgent deliveries, please call us on 07 4693 2068 or email orders@pittsworthconfectionery.com.au. With deliveries we do not need refrigeration our products like ambient temperature. For International orders More than happy to deliver our goodies overseas please contact one of our friendly staff.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind about a purchase. Please take care to review your selections thoroughly before completing your order.

If you receive an item that is faulty, you may request a refund by contacting us within seven (7) days of receiving your delivery by phone or email. Faulty items must be returned to us for assessment. Once we receive and confirm the fault, we will promptly process your refund, which will also cover the cost of return postage. Please ensure all faulty products are returned in their original condition and packaging.
